Reliable Resume Service Service Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between ("Client") Client is signer of agreement and Reliable Resume Services ("Company"). The Agreement is for the provision of resume writing, editing, intent letter, resume review, and application services ("Services").

Services We Offer: Company agrees to provide the following Service(s) to Client based on paid services:

a) Resume Writing: Company will create a professional and customized resume for Client.

b) Resume Editing: Company will edit and improve Client's existing resume.

c) Intent Letter: Company will create an intent letter for Client.

d) Resume Review: Company will review and provide feedback on Client's existing resume.

e) Application Services: Company will assist Client in filling out job applications.

Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Company the fees for the Services as described on the Company's website or as agreed upon in writing by the Client and the Company. Payment is required prior to the commencement of Services.
No Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of the Services, the Company has a strict no refund policy. If the Client is not satisfied with the Services provided by the Company, the Company will work with the Client to address any issues and make any necessary changes to ensure the Client's satisfaction.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for any Services provided up to the date of termination.
Confidentiality: The Company agrees to keep all personal and confidential information provided by the Client in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third party without the Client's written consent.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is located.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

By accepting the Services provided by the Company, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
